Indián Rizs Ltd. offers a range of wild rice blends for its customers based on taste, visual and cooking requirements.
During our processing, rice is cured, roasted, milled, scarified and separated. The resulting grades, A, B, C and short grain, are reblended based on each buyer’s specifications. Our blends have more A grade than the industry average, resulting in more dark and full grains after cooking. For products with white, brown and red rice, these larger and darker grains visually make blends seem higher in wild rice percentage both from the box and after cooking.
Our traditional roasting technique also results in a stronger nuttier aroma during and after cooking than parboiled rice, again giving a rich and authentic character to final cooked product.
